MICHAEL FINE
Michael Fine, President and CEO, spent 28 years with the Chicago Police Department, retiring as a lieutenant. Michael obtained a Graduate Degree from Calumet College of St. Joseph in Public Safety Administration with a concentration on Risk and Threat Assessment. Having worked with numerous entities consulting, conducting investigations and/or providing security, including Willow Creek Community Church, Benchmark Analytics, Nike, Fila, Channel, Motorola, the NFL, NBA, and NHL. Michael’s expertise in Intellectual Property investigations, Contract Security and Active Shooter response training transitions to his team members and is results-oriented.
NORMAN MOORE
Norman R.W. Moore, Executive Vice President, is currently in his 13th year as an officer with the Chicago Police Department. Norman’s assignments have included many of the districts and specialized units within the police department and is currently assigned to the Bureau of Organized Crime Division, Firearm Investigation Team. Norman obtained his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from DePaul University and takes every opportunity to partake in available training in and outside the police department. Norman has a diverse resume of security work including corporate security events for Citadel, Uber, the Chicago Cubs, and the NBA Combine, as well as private security for residential complexes in downtown Chicago and several high-profile individuals in the music and sports industries. His expertise in school security settings, both public and charter schools has proved to be results oriented providing students the ability to focus on learning and not having to worry about their safety. Norman is passionate about providing effective professional services that continue to exceed our clients’ expectations.
CHANTAL MOORE
Chantal Moore- Operations Manager for SMART Solutions, oversees our company’s organizational processes as well as human resources. Chantal received her bachelor's degree at DePaul University. Focused on recruiting and hiring, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency for our small business she keeps our team running smoothly.
